Do you take on projects outside Hyderabad?
Our execution base is Hyderabad and the wider Telangana corridor. We evaluate outstation programmes case by case when turnkey delivery and site leadership can be sustained.
What is the difference between design-only and turnkey?
Turnkey means one accountable desk from concept through civil, MEP, joinery, and handover. Design-only engagements are scoped separately when clients retain their own execution teams.
Is the first consultation complimentary?
Yes — the initial discovery conversation is complimentary. Detailed feasibility, 3D studies, and BOQ preparation are scoped as a defined phase once mutual fit is established.
