Interior Designer (Mid)
Lead design development for premium residential and commercial programmes — from spatial planning through material boards, 3D visualization, and site coordination.

Responsibilities
- Develop concept, schematic, and detailed interior layouts aligned with client brief and buildability
- Prepare material palettes, joinery details, and lighting intent for client presentations
- Coordinate with execution teams on site dimensions, MEP interfaces, and mock-up approvals
- Support BOQ preparation and vendor sampling with procurement
Requirements
- 3–6 years in interior design or architecture (residential / commercial preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or equivalent, and presentation tools
- Strong material knowledge — stone, veneers, metal, textiles, and lighting
- Ability to communicate design intent clearly to clients and site teams
Nice to have
- Experience with occupied-building renovations
- Enscape, V-Ray, or similar visualization workflow
- Familiarity with Hyderabad vendor ecosystem
Project Engineer
Own day-to-day site execution for turnkey fit-out programmes — schedule control, vendor coordination, quality checks, and snag close-out.

Responsibilities
- Lead on-ground execution across civil, MEP, joinery, and finishing trades
- Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, and deviation tracking
- Coordinate vendor mobilization, material deliveries, and mock-up sign-offs
- Support PMO with snag lists, punch items, and handover documentation
Requirements
- 3–5 years in interior fit-out, construction, or MEP coordination
- Ability to read architectural and interior working drawings
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors on active sites
- Diploma or degree in civil, mechanical, or related engineering discipline
Nice to have
- Experience in occupied commercial towers or premium residences
- Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing coordination
- Proficiency in MS Project or similar scheduling tools
Business Development Executive
Build and nurture client relationships across corporate, residential, and developer segments — from first briefing through proposal support and programme onboarding.

- Maintain pipeline visibility and CRM hygiene for leadership review

- Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable with senior client stakeholders

Common questions
Do you hire fresh graduates?
We occasionally take on exceptional junior designers and site engineers as trainees. Most open roles expect 2+ years of relevant experience, but we welcome strong portfolios and a clear point of view.
Is remote work an option?
Design roles include studio time and mandatory site visits. Execution roles are primarily on-site. We do not offer fully remote positions at this time.
What should I include in my application?
CV, portfolio or project sheet (PDF or link), current compensation expectations, and notice period. For design roles, include process work — not just renders.
How long does the hiring process take?
Typically 2–3 weeks from application to offer for active roles. We move faster when programme timelines require immediate onboarding.
