The practice is rooted in a strong real estate and construction legacy established by the late Shri Kancha Laxmaiah Mudiraj, a respected personality in Hyderabad's development landscape since the 1970s, associated with plotted developments, land transformation, and early-stage urban expansion across the city's western corridor.
